How did we end up here in this place
By design or mistake
I check the replay but I hesitate
On whose at fault and whose to blame
I see your picture but it's not the same
The smile's the same but it's out of place
I hear your laughter and it cuts me to the bone
Are we bound in pain or am I all alone
Time is precious
Time is cruel
Time's a trickster
Time makes fools
And time's enough to fill your dreams
With gifts of hope and promise
Time is fleeting
Time is short
Time's a punchline
And we're the joke
The master of all we survey
While time is killing us each day
I remember laughter in the days
I remember walks out in the sun
I remember sleepless nights
I remember the lies behind your eyes
Our two paths collide
In a glory blaze
Two minds united
The fire suffocates
Just another stranger in the crowd
A bag of regrets and a mouth of apologies
I tried to be your friend but I guess it wasn't good enough for you
You shut me out as if my feelings didn't matter to you
I will never go back there
I will never hurt again
I will never be this open
In the dead of night
With the thoughts in my head
I can hear my heart beating
Time and time again
We can both point the finger
Try to turn away the blame
Doesn't really help the chaos
Think I've lost myself again
And I don't know
if we can come back from this
When memories decay
We'll be left with the bitterness
Cause life is lived in seconds
And everything else is a memory
Will we say it was worth it
When we are out of time

What else can I say? This just goes above and beyond. It's not "just" neoclassical music. It's emotional, thought-provoking, and lyrically entertaining! Agent Echo
Misguided is a progressive metal concept album. Highly technical instrumentation with a heavy dose of keys, sound effects and the all mighty riff. Real good vocals with power and emotion. Very well written and produced dramatic story telling through the sound of progressive metal. Worth a listen if you are a fan of Queensryche, Dream Theater, Kamelot or Pain Of Salvation. Soshanna ♥
